How long until I see results?
It depends on the channel. Paid media can produce measurable results in the first 2–4 weeks. SEO typically takes 3–6 months to compound, and content marketing 6+ months. We're honest about what each channel can realistically do on your timeline and budget.
Do you only work with Utah businesses?
We're based in Salt Lake City and know the Utah market inside and out, but we work with clients across the country - especially in healthcare, weight-loss, and ecommerce where our playbooks translate well to any market.
What does a typical engagement look like?
We start with a free consultation to understand your goals, current performance, and constraints. If we're a fit, we propose a custom plan with clear deliverables, pricing, and reporting. Most clients stay with us for 12+ months because the work compounds.
How do you measure success?
We tie every campaign to the metrics that actually grow the business - revenue, booked appointments, qualified leads, ROAS - not vanity metrics like impressions or follower counts. You'll see a clean dashboard with everything in one place.
What does onboarding look like?
Onboarding runs 1–2 weeks depending on scope. We collect access (Google Business Profile, Ads, Analytics, your CMS, the CRM), run a baseline audit so we know where we're starting, set up clean tracking end-to-end, and agree on the first 30/60/90-day goals. You'll have a named point of contact from day one - and it's a senior person, not a junior.
How often will I hear from you?
Standard cadence is a monthly reporting call plus async updates in our shared channel. Active paid-media or launch engagements run weekly. We won't send you fluffy status emails to look busy - if there's nothing new worth saying, we don't say it.
Are there long-term contracts?
Most retainers have a 3-month minimum because nothing meaningful happens in 30 days. After that, we're month-to-month. Fixed-scope projects (like a website build) are priced by deliverable, not by retainer. You're never locked in.
Who owns the work - me or you?
You do. Ad accounts, websites, content, creative, data, and reporting dashboards all live in your accounts or in accounts you own. If you ever leave, you leave with everything. We think of it as your business, your assets.
What tools and stack do you use?
We pick tools based on your business, not our comfort zone. Typical stack includes Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush for SEO, GoHighLevel or your existing CRM, and whatever CMS your site runs on.
Will I receive text messages from PWA Media?
Only if you opt in. If you share your phone number through our chat widget, you can expect occasional SMS from us for appointment confirmations, service updates, and relevant follow-up. Message & data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. We never share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing. What if we're not a fit?
We'll tell you. If your budget can't realistically produce the outcome you want, or your category isn't one we've built real playbooks for, we'll say so on the first call. Where we can, we'll refer you to someone better suited. We'd rather say no than oversell.
Do you publish pricing?
We don't publish fixed rate cards because the right scope depends on your market, offer, and margins. We do publish how we price - engagement types, typical minimums, what drives cost up or down, and what's always included.
